Good Afternoon Members, (HOLD THE DATE!)

The AADPA Board of Directors has recently selected our September 18-21 2008 Members Only Meeting to be held at the Four Seasons Resort at Whistler Mountain, British Columbia Canada.

This is prior to the Olympics which will be held the following year, so it is an exceptional opportunity!

1. The nearest airport is Vancouver which has a fabulous airport hotel-The Fairmont Vancouver.

2. We are currently working on obtaining transportation for everyone up the beautiful and scenic Sea to Sky Highway via luxury coach.

3. Be sure to update your passports!

4. We will be starting a preliminary sign up during the Annual Meeting at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort in New Mexico March 5-9 2008.

5. More information will follow and hope you will place this exciting and special meeting on you calendar now!
